银屑病患者血清尿酸水平与动脉粥样硬化的相关研究

Correlation of serum uric acid levels and atherosclerosis in the patients with psoriasis

目的:明确银屑病患者血清尿酸水平与血脂、亚临床动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:回顾性分析286例银屑病患者和235名正常对照的血清尿酸、血脂水平,颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及颈动脉斑块情况。结果:银屑病患者高尿酸血症达38.1%,高于对照组的17.9%。高尿酸银屑病患者的甘油三酯水平、IMT值及颈动脉斑块的阳性率高于无高尿酸银屑病患者。结论:银屑病患者高尿酸血症可能与血脂水平和颈动脉斑块的发生相关。

Objective： To determine the correlation between serum uric acid levels and atherosclerosis in the patients with psoriasis. Methods： The levels of serum uric acid,blood lipids,carotid intima-media thickness（ IMT） and carotid plaque in 286 patients and 235 healthy controls were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The detection rate of hyperuricemia in the patients with psoriasis was 38. 1%,which was higher than that in the controls（ 17.9%）. The level of blood lipids,IMT and the positivity rate of carotid plaque in the patients with hyperuricemia were higher than those in the patients without hyperuricemia. Conclusion： Hyperuricemia in the patients with psoriasis may be associated with high level of serum lipid and atherosclerosis.
