Study on the energy saving optimization of the hydrogenation device of the boiling bed

摘要 沸腾床加氢装置运行过程中放出大量反应热量,利用反应放出的热量与原料换热,以此来提高原料的温度,但是反应放出的热量与原料换热,会导致原料换热器结焦。通过增加D-9625热低分油蒸汽发生器,增加低压蒸汽的产出,从而降低反应产出热量,抑制高温原料结焦。 Hydrogenation reaction in ebullated bed gives off a lot of heat,in order to raise the temperature of raw material,raw materials were heated using released reaction heat,but the released reaction heat can lead to heat exchanger coking.by increasing the heat steam generator low D-9625,the output of low-pressure steam was increased,thus reducing the heat output of the reaction and inhibiting the coking of high temperature materials.
