摘要
学习型教研组是一个包容性很强的动态学习系统,它蕴含着教师关于教育的信仰、追求、价值观等精神能量,能够为教师的专业发展营造充满尊重、自由、平等以及活力的文化氛围。学习型教研组以学习型组织理论、学习共同体理论、对话交往理论为理论基础,通过教研组内部共同愿景与创造性张力的交互作用、个体与群体的互依共生、异质性对话协商的展开、成员认同感的自主生成来促进教师视界的融合、教学机智的修炼、发展潜能的唤醒以及教育生命的圆满。
The learning teaching and research group is inclusive and it has strong dynamic learning system,it contains teachers' beliefs about education,pursuit,spiritual energy,such as values to build full of respect for the teachers ' professional development,freedom,equality and dynamic cultural atmosphere. The learning teaching and research group according to the theory of learning organization,learning community theory,dialogue communication theory as the theoretical basis,through the shared vision of learning teaching and research group internal interactions with creative tension,individual and group interdependent symbiosis and heterogeneity of dialogue and consultation,member identity generated independently to promote the fusion of teachers' horizon,the cultivation of teaching wit,the awakening of development potential and the perfection of life education.
