摘要
时代发展呼吁立足教学实践的教师要不断追求创新、超越自我,向教学名师靠近。教学名师的成长是教师队伍卓越化建设的重要目标;是教师实现专业化发展的必经阶段。不同的教学名师有不同的成长经验、特征及成长路径,会给人带来不同的价值引领。本文主要以C市的教学名师代表为研究对象,结合相关的文献来分析教学名师成长过程的经验,以激发更多扎根教学实践的教师树立坚定的信念、找准努力的方向、强化自我成长的内在动机,向教学名师目标出发,实现自我价值追求,不断走向卓越。
The development of the times calls for teachers who are based on teaching practice to constantly pursue innovation,surpass themselves and establish lofty goals,in order to be close to the distinguished teachers. The growth of distinguished teachers is an important goal for the construction of excellent teaching staff and the necessary stage for teachers to achieve professional development. Different distinguished teachers have different growth experience,characteristics and growth path,which will bring people different value guidance. This paper taking distinguished teachers in C city as the research object,combines with relevant literature to analyze the experience of distinguished teachers' growth process,in order to stimulate more teachers who rooted in teaching practice to establish a firm belief,find the direction of efforts,strengthen intrinsic motivation of their own growth to go to distinguished teachers,realize pursuit of self value,and continuously move to the excellence.
