摘要 为不断提升高校研究生思想政治教育的实效性,上海交通大学在硕士生思政课中尝试推行"‘1+4’教学共同体教学模式",即组建一个高水平复合型教学团队,同时配以"专题化教学、小班讨论、实践教学、网络辅导"四个环节的复合教学方式。目前,该教学模式在诸多方面取得初步成效,对其成果进行总结有利于经验借鉴与推广。然而,在专题设计契合度、教师团队合作、实践教学、网络辅导以及课堂听课质量等方面还存在改进空间。对此,通过从学生思想实际及其专业特点着手课程规划,运用"互联网+"思维拓展教学空间,创新实践教学形式与发掘实践教育基地资源,加强教师队伍科研教学能力建设,有利于进一步完善研究生思政课教学改革模式。 The actual effect of ideological and political education to improve universities graduate students,Shanghai Jiaotong University attempt to introduce"1 + 4"teaching community mode in the postgraduate education courses,namely the formation of a high level of interdisciplinary teaching team. At the same time,with"specialized teaching,small class discussion,practice teaching,network tutoring"compound the four parts of the teaching methods. At present,the teaching model has achieved initial results in many aspects,and it is helpful to draw lessons and generalize the results. However,there are still room for improvement in the aspects of project design fit,such as teacher team cooperation,practical teaching,online tutoring and classroom listening quality. To this,from the ideological and practical and professional characteristics of student course planning,using "Internet + "thinking expand teaching space,innovative practice teaching and explore the practice education base resources,strengthening the construction of teachers' scientific research and teaching ability,conducive to further improve the teaching reform mode of graduate students' ideological and political courses.
