滇西北乡村教师的积极认知状态及其提升策略

摘要 为了探索滇西北乡村教师的积极认知状态,本研究采用教师自我效能感问卷、气质性乐观问卷和希望问卷对1912名滇西北乡村教师进行问卷调查。结果显示,滇西北乡村教师的教师效能感、乐观和希望得分分别是:24.00+6.62、21.02+2.99和24.05+3.41。不同性别的乡村教师的乐观和希望得分差异有统计学意义。不同教龄、学历和职称的滇西北乡村教师的教师效能感、乐观和希望差异有统计学意义。教师自我效能感、乐观对希望预测作用最好。综上,滇西北乡村教师的教师效能感较低,总体上倾向于乐观,希望水平较高。 To explore the positive cognition of rural teachers in northwest Yunnan,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1912 rural teachers in northwest Yunnan using the teachers' self-efficacy questionnaire,the temperamental questionnaire and the hope questionnaire. The results showed: teachers' efficacy,optimism and hope score of rural teachers in northwest Yunnan are respectively: 24. 00 + 6. 62、21. 02 + 2. 99 和24. 05 + 3. 41. There were significant differences in scores of rural teachers of different gender optimism and hope. A sense of rural teachers and teacher effectiveness northwest Yunnan different seniority,qualifications and titles,there were significant differences in optimism and hope. Teachers' self-efficacy and optimism is the best for hope. To sum up,teachers' ' efficacy in rural northwest Yunnan is low,which tends to be optimistic and the level of hope is high.
