摘要 作为"职前教师",师范生教研素质的发展具有重要意义。"互联网+"时代下,自由、开放、多元的资源环境为师范生教研素养的发展提供了便利,同时也产生了危机。通过互联网对师范生自我监控的考验、信息素养的挑战、思维训练的冲击和自我效能的威胁的深入分析,从相对应的方面出发,构建立体的系统的策略体系,以应对时代危机,促进师范生教研素质的良好发展。 As a "pre-service teacher",the quality of normal university students' teaching and research is of great significance. Under the era of "Internet + ",a free,open and diverse resource environment has facilitated the development of teaching and research literacy for normal university students and has also created a crisis. This paper deeply analyzes the test of self-monitoring of normal university students,the challenge of information literacy,the impact of thinking training and the threat of self-efficacy through the internet,and begins from the corresponding aspects,constructs a systematic and systematic strategy system to cope with the crisis of the times and promotes the normal university students' teaching and research quality develop well.
