中小学生课堂学习的问题呈现与改进思路——基于校长的同步观察与思考

摘要 通过对武汉市新洲区思源实验学校课堂教学长达一年的观察与思考,发现中小学生课堂学习主要呈现出三方面问题:教师缺乏对学生思维的关注和指导,学生学习呈疲软之态,学习内容乏味、缺少有趣的故事。总结来看,主要有以下几方面原因:传统教育不合理因素地过度表达、政策理想与现实之间难以逾越的鸿沟、学校管理过程中对师生实践智慧方面凸显不够、师生对知识技能纯粹的实用取向等因素。可通过依托思维变革转变教师教学方式、凸显"学生文化"在学校文化建设中的核心地位、借灵活丰富的学习内容调动学生学习积极性等方式改进课堂学习现状。 Through observing and thinking for a year in classroom teaching of Siyuan Experimental School in Xinzhou District of Wuhan City,it is found that primary and middle school students' classroom learning mainly shows problems about three aspects: teachers lack attention and guidance to students' thinking,students are in a weak state,and learning content is boring and lack of interesting stories. To sum up,there are mainly the following reasons: the overexpressed unreasonable factors of traditional education,the insurmountable gap between ideal and reality of policy,the inadequate practical wisdom of teachers and students in the process of school administration,the purely practical knowledge and skills orientation of teachers and students and other factors. It can change teachers' teaching mode by relying on thinking changes,highlight the core status of"student culture"in school culture construction,and improve classroom learning status by means of flexible and rich learning content and arousing students' enthusiasm for learning.
