美国州立大学与地方企业之间的合作历史悠久,其过程先后经历了萌芽阶段、形成阶段和发展阶段,并逐步形成了成熟合作机制。州立大学与地方企业在咨询服务、研发项目与人才培养上双向服务,实现了互惠互利。本文通过对美国州立大学与企业的合作机制的分析,旨在借鉴美国州立大学与企业合作的实践经验,推进我国地方高校校企合作实践系统化、科学化和专业化发展,发挥校企合作在地方高校发展中的重要作用。

The cooperation between the US state universities and local enterprises has a long history. The process has witnessed the embryonic stage,the formation stage and the development stage and has gradually formed a mature cooperation mechanism. State universities and local enterprises provide two-way service in consulting services,research and development projects and personnel training to achieve mutual benefits.Based on the analysis of the cooperation mechanism between US state universities and enterprises,this paper aims to learn from the practical experience of cooperation between US state universities and enterprises,promote the systematic,scientific and professional development of the cooperation between universities and enterprises in local colleges and universities in our country,and play the important role of local colleges and universities.
