国外饮用水氟与氟斑牙研究热点分析

Analysis of hot topics in foreign literature on drinking water fluorine and dental fluorosis research

目的检索国外饮用水氟与氟斑牙研究的相关文献,分析当前该研究领域的研究热点。方法对Pub Med数据库中发表的有关饮用水氟与氟斑牙的国外文献进行分析,下载这些文献的主题词并统计主题词出现的频次,选择累积频次超过50%的主题词作为高频主题词。两两统计高频主题词在同一篇文献中出现的频率,形成主题词矩阵,利用SPSS统计软件对矩阵做聚类分析,通过分析各类的文献内容,得到该研究领域的研究热点。结果共检出有关饮用水氟与氟斑牙的论文468篇,出现频次超过10次的主题词为22个,通过这些高频主题词聚类得到了3个研究热点。结论目前国外对饮用水氟与氟斑牙的研究热点主要集中在饮用水导致的氟斑牙流行病学研究、氟斑牙的危险因素方向、适量氟化物对防治龋齿方面的研究等方向。

Objective To present the hot topics on drinking water fluorine and dental fluorosis research by analyzing related literature. Methods Foreign literatures related to Drinking Water Fluorine and Dental Fluorosis were searched in Pub Med database to carry out an analysis. The mesh terms appearing over 50% were intercepted as high-frequency keywords.The frequency of high-frequency keywords in the same literature was calculated to form a word co-occurrence matrix.Cluster analysis was done on the matrix by SPSS statistical software.The research focus on the topic was obtained by analyzing the contents of various literatures. Results A total of 468 papers related to Drinking Water Fluorine and Dental Fluorosis were searched out.22 keywords appeared over 10 times,and the highest frequency keywords were about dental fluorosis epidemiology studies. Three focal researches were obtained by clustering the 22 high-frequency keywords. Conclusion The foreign hot topics focus on drinking water induced dental fluorosis epidemiology,risk assessment of dental fluorosis,and fluorides in preventing dental caries.
