摘要
目的分析血清希佩尔-林道抑癌基因(VHL)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)水平变化与肾细胞癌患者病理分期、淋巴结转移的关联性。方法选取该院2015年10月至2017年2月肾细胞癌患者52例为观察组,另选同期健康体检者50例为对照组,检测两组血清VHL、HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平;分析血清VHL、HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平与肾细胞癌患者病理分期、淋巴结转移的关联性。结果观察组HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平分别为(12.90±1.95、1.35±0.15)μg/L,高于对照组的(4.81±0.49、0.39±0.08)μg/L;VHL水平为(351.24±28.97)ng/L,低于对照组的(391.13±40.08)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。肾细胞癌患者病灶大小、病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移与血清VHL、HIF-1α、HIF-2α水平有关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血清HIF-1α、HIF-2α在肾细胞癌组织中呈现异常高表达状态,血清VHL为异常低表达状态;3者表达水平均与病灶大小、病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To analyze the association analysis of serum levels of hippel Lindau tumor suppressor gene( VHL),hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha( HIF-1 alpha),hypoxia inducible factor-2 alpha( HIF-2 alpha) with pathological staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with renal cell carcinoma. Methods 52 patients with renal cell carcinoma from October 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy subjects during the same time were selected as the control group. The levels of serum VHL,HIF-1 alpha and HIF-2 alpha were detected in two groups. Serum VHL,HIF-1 alpha and HIF-2 alpha levels were compared between the two groups. The relationship between the levels of serum VHL,HIF-1 alpha and HIF-2 alpha and pathological staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with renal cell carcinoma was analyzed. Results The levels of HIF-1 and HIF-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of VHL was lower than that of the control group( P〈0.05). The levels of serum VHL,HIF-1 and HIF-2 were related to the size,pathological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of patients with renal cell carcinoma( P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum HIF-1 and HIF-2 alpha in renal cell carcinoma shows abnormally high expression,and serum VHL show abnormally low expression. These three expression levels are associated with tumor size,pathological grade,clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.
