摘要
目的建立一种高效、实用、环保的新检测方法。方法对采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对3种酚类化合物的检测条件和技术指标(线性相关系数、检出限、回收率和精密度等)进行探讨研究。结果线性相关系数均在0.999 9以上,检出限分别是0.08、0.04、0.02μg/L,回收率分别是97.5%~116.9%、94.4%~120.0%、87.3%~118.7%,RSD值分别是2.1%~2.7%、2.2%~2.6%、2.0%~2.3%。结论所建立的新方法,灵敏度高,低毒环保,具有很高的实用性。
Objective To establish a new detection method of high efficiency,practical and environmental protection.Methods 3 kinds of phenolic compounds were studied by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC),and the detection conditions and technical indexes( linear correlation coefficient,detection limit,recovery rate and precision,etc.) were studied.Results The linear correlation coefficient was above 0.999 9,the detection limit was 0.08μg/L,0.04 μg/L,0.02 μg/L,the recovery rates were 97.5%-116.9%,94.4%-120%,87.3%-118.7%,RSD = 2.1%-2.7%,2.2%-2.6%,2%-2.3%. Conclusion The new method,high sensitivity,low toxicity and environmental protection,has a high practical for the national standard for the detection of phenols in water.
