中医骨伤科学正骨手法教学探索

Bone-setting manipulation teaching exploration of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine

中医正骨手法是中医骨伤科学教学中的重要内容,由于正骨手法教学不同于理论知识讲授,属于实践操作性的教学内容,目前没有统一规范的教学模式可循。从正骨手法教学改革的重要性与必要性、正骨手法教学的特点与难点、方法与对策3个方面进行探讨,认为实训课配合系列正骨手法讲座的形式,可以弥补教学课时不足、学生缺乏实践机会等问题。

Bone-setting manipulation of TCM is an important content in the teaching of orthopedics and traumatology of TCM. It differs from the theoretical knowledge teaching and belongs to the operational practice teaching content. Until now,there is no standardized teaching method to follow. The paper discusses teaching of bone-setting manipulation of TCM from three aspects which are the importance and necessity of the teaching reform,teaching characteristics and difficulties,methods and countermeasures.The teaching method of lecture series model combining with training course in bone-setting manipulation teaching is thought to be able to compensate for lack of teaching hours and student＇s clinical practice.
