以学生为主体的中医内科学见习课程新模式构建

The construction of student-oriented noviciate model in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine

中医内科学见习课程是中医院校医学生最早接触临床实践的课程。北京中医药大学第一临床医学院中医内科教研室积极探索并实施了多种教学新模式。通过微小组式病例讨论方式,实现学生—教师的实时双向反馈;以问题为导向的病例教学法,最大限度地激发了学生的求知欲;知名中医专家带教,充分拓展了学生的视野,扩充了基本知识和理论;学生标准化病人教学法,融合文献检索、病例编写、组织排演、交流协作等多种方式,充分调动学生的自主学习积极性;以形成性评价为核心的见习课程考核方式,显著降低了考前突击提高成绩的现象。以学生为主体的中医内科学见习课程新模式,明显提高了中医内科学教学质量。

Noviciate of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is the first course leading to clinical practice of Chinese medicine students. Teaching and research office of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,First School of Clinical Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine conducts many teaching model,including micropanel case discussion to achieve real-time two-way feedback of student and teacher; question-oriented case based teaching method could arouse the desire for knowledge of students; renowned traditional Chinese medicine experts teach in clinic,which could expand the students＇ view and basic knowledge; students standardized patient teaching methods,which integrates the literature retrieval,case writing,organize rehearsals and communication and cooperation,thus to motivate the students to study independently; the noviciate model which focuses on formative evaluation,which significantly reduce number of pre-test study students. Student-oriented noviciate model improves the teaching quality of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.
