摘要
目的采用家蝇的实验室选育方法,培育家蝇的高效氯氰菊酯抗性品系,探求高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂对家蝇产生抗性的规律,为家蝇的化学防治提供科学依据。方法采用微量点滴法。结果经高效氯氰菊酯连续10代的选育,敏感品系家蝇对该种杀虫剂产生较高的抗药性,形成抗性品系,抗性倍数达到167.01。结论家蝇对杀虫剂抗药性的产生和发展,是由于杀虫剂对家蝇连续选择,抗性的发展与选择的压力增加有关。
Objective To determine the development pattern of the resistance against beta-cypermethrin in female Musca domestica when selected in laboratory.Methods Topical application method was used.Results M.domestica developed resistance against beta-cypermethrin with the selection pressure of beta-cypermethrin,and the resistance reached 167.01 folds after successive selection of ten generations.Conclusion The occurrence and development of resistance in M.domestica was the result of directional selection by insecticide.The resistance development is related to selection pressure.
