摘要
目的测定首都第二机场廊坊建设区域自然村家蝇抗药性状况,为杀虫剂使用提供科学依据。方法采用点滴法,用微量点滴器,点滴于家蝇中胸背板进行测试。结果家蝇对顺式氯氰菊酯、甲基吡噁磷、高效氟氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯4类常用药剂的抗性倍数分别为15.76、16.67、0.83、0.21倍。首都第二机场廊坊建设区域家蝇对4类常用药剂产生了不同程度的抗性。结论根据抗药性合理选择杀虫剂,以提高防治效果,延缓控制家蝇抗药性增长。
Objective To determine the resistance status of Musca domestica in Langfang construction region of the second capital airport.Methods Topical application method was used.Chemicals were applied to housefly mesonotum.Results House flies developed 15.76,16.67,0.83 and 0.21 folds resistance to alphamethrin,azamethiphos,beta-cyfluthrin and deltamethrin respectively.Conclusion It is necessary to select the reasonable insecticides so as to increase the control effect and delay the resistance of house flies.
