摘要
目的:研究雌激素缺乏大鼠根尖周炎病变区HMGB1的表达。方法:将40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为:OVX组及SHAM组,暴露两组大鼠下颌第一磨牙髓腔,分别于开髓后0、7、14、21d时处死大鼠。采用HE染色、酶组织化学染色、免疫组织化学法观测根尖周病变组织的骨破坏程度,破骨细胞数、HMGB1的表达。结果:较SHAM组而言,OVX组大鼠根尖周炎病变区骨吸收范围增大,破骨细胞数目增多,HMGB1的表达增强。结论:雌激素缺乏可增强大鼠根尖周炎病变区HMGB1的表达。
Objective: To study the effects of estrogen deficiency on the expression of HMGB1 in Periapical lesions of rats.Methods: Forty SD female rats were randomly divided into two groups: OVX group and SHAM group. All the rats were submitted to expose the pulp cavity of mandibular first molars. The rats were sacrificed on day 0, 7, 14, 21 after the pulp cavity exposure. HE staining, enzyme histochemical staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the bone destruction, the number of osteoclasts and the expression of HMGB1. Results: The alveolar bone loss area and the number of 1 osteoclasts, HMGB1 positive cells in OVX group were higher than those in SHAM group. Conclusion:Estrogen deficiency increased the expression of HMGB1 in rat's periapical lesions.
