摘要
目的:比较4种粘接剂对牙本质的剪切强度,以期为临床上粘接剂的选择提供参考。方法:选取48颗健康第三磨牙,随机分为4组,分别用A(Single bond 2)、B(Clearfil SE Bond)、C(XenoⅢ)、D(Easy one)制备试件,万能材料试验机测定剪切强度,扫描电镜下判断断裂模式。结果:4种粘接剂对牙本质剪切强度的总体比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。组间两两比较B与C组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),两者的剪切强度均低于A组,均高于D组。扫描电镜下显示绝大部分样本发生混合断裂,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Single bond 2粘接强度优于Clearfil SE Bond和XenoⅢ,Easy one对牙本质的粘接强度最低。
Objective: To compare the shear bond strength and failure modes of four dentin adhesives, in order to provide reference for clinical application. Methods: Forty-eight normal third molars were randomly distributed into four groups. A(Single bond 2), B(Clearfil SE Bond), C(Xeno Ⅲ) and D(Easy one) were used to build up resin-dentin interfaces. The shear strength was examined and the failure modes were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results: The mean shear strength of group A showed the best result. There was no significant difference between group B and group C. The shear strength of group D was lowest. Most of the failure modes were mixed fractures and there was no significant difference between each group. Conclusion: The bonding strength of Single bond 2 was better than that of Clearfil SE Bond and XenoⅢ easy one. Easy one had the lowest adhesive strength.
