摘要 目的在过载条件下,对吊钩桥式起重机的主梁进行分析计算,确保作业安全.方法选用壳单元SHELL63对主梁进行有限元分析,施加均布载荷和集中载荷后,在正常吊重、1.1倍吊重、1.25倍吊重情况下,对整体结构的应力发布进行计算,并与根据《起重机设计手册》计算出的刚度、强度结果进行对比.结果在正常吊重、1.1倍吊重、1.25倍吊重情况下,许用变形均小于27.5 mm,许用应力均小于202.6 M Pa.结论起重机主梁的刚度、强度均有足够的剩余,满足要求,可以安全使用. In the overload condition,the hook of the bridge crane girder is analyzed to guarantee safe operation.Method using shell element shell 63 of main girder of finite element analysis,applied uniformly distributed load and concentrated load in normal hanging weight,1.1 times the hanging weight,1.25 times the hanging weight,and according to the crane design manual calculation of stiffness and strength was compared.Results in the case of normal lifting weight,1.1 times of lifting weight and 1.25 times of lifting weight,the allowable deformation is less than 27.5 mm,and the allowable stress is less than 202.6 MPa.Conclusion the rigidity and strength of the main girder of the crane can meet the requirements,and can be used safely.
