依那普利联合叶酸治疗H型高血压效果观察

The Therapy Observation of Enalapril Combined with Folic Acid on H-type Hypertension

目的观察依那普利联合叶酸治疗H型高血压的效果。方法选择20152017年抚顺市顺城区抚顺城街道社区卫生服务中心收治的H型高血压患者89例，随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例。对照组采用依那普利片治疗；观察组采用依那普利叶酸片治疗，比较两组治疗前后的血压、同型半胱氨酸（Hey）水平和双侧颈动脉斑块数量。结果治疗前，观察组血压、Hcy水平和双侧颈动脉斑块数量与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后，观察组血压和Hcy水平均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而双侧颈动脉斑块数量与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在采用依那普利治疗的同时，应用叶酸能有效降低H型高血压患者的血压水平，并且能够同时降低外周血Hcy水平。

Objective To observe the therapy effect of enalapril combined with folic acid on H-type hypertension. Methods A total of 89 patients with H-type hypertension were collected from 2015 to 2017, and randomly divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （44 cases）. The control group was treated with enalapril, while the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with folic acid. The blood pressure, homocysteine （Hcy） level and plaques in bilateral carotid arteries were compared. Results Before the treatment, the blood pressure, Hcy level and plaques between two groups were similar （P〉0.05）, After the treatment, the blood pressure and Hcy level in observation group were better than those in control group （P〈0.05）, but the plaques in bilateral carotid arteries between the two groups were similar （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril combined with folic acid could effectively reduce the blood pressure and circulating Hcy level.
