摘要
本次研究通过系统的团体辅导,针对想要了解并改善自身人际关系的大学生10人,经过6次团体辅导活动,使他们认识以往自己的人际交往方式,学习交往原则和方法。对实验前后进行人际关系综合诊断量表的施测以了解团体辅导成效。经前后测数据分析表明,运用团体辅导改善大学生人际关系是有效的。
This study through the system of group counseling, to want to learn and improve their interpersonal relationship of college students 10 people, after 6 times of group counseling activities, so that they understand their previous way of interpersonal communication, learning communication principles and methods. Before and after the experiment of interpersonal relationship scale survey to understand group counseling results. After the test data analysis shows that the application of group counseling to improve college students' interpersonal relationship is effective.
