内界膜剥离硅油充填治疗高度近视黄斑孔视网膜脱离的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of inner limiting membrane peeling silicone oil plombage on curing yellow spot retinal detachment of high myopia

目的探讨内界膜剥离硅油充填术治疗高度近视黄斑孔视网膜脱离的围术期的护理方法。方法对60例（60眼）行内界膜剥离硅油充术的高度近视黄斑孔视网膜脱离患者进行术前心理护理、用品准备、术中病情监护和术后体位、预防并发症护理。结果取出硅油后，55例（91．67％）患者视网膜仍在位，5例（8．33％）取出硅油后视网膜脱离，经再次手术后复位。术后6个月视力恢复至〉10．1有15例（25．00％），0．05～0．09有14例（23．33％），0．02～0．04有13例（21．67％），指数光感8例（13．33％）。结论给予患者适宜的术前心理护理、充分的术前准备、术中生命体征监测、精准的手术配合及术后病情观察、体位护理、预防并发症护理是手术成功的有利保障，也是促进患者复明的关键。

Objective To discuss about the perioperative nursing method of inner limiting membrane peeling silicone oil plombage on curing yellow spot retinal detachment of high myopia. Methods Preoperative mental nursing, article preparation, intraoperative patient＇s condition monitoring, postoperative position, prevention and complication nursing were conducted to 60 cases of yellow spot retinal detachment of high myopia by applying inner limiting membrane peeling silicone oil plombage. Results After silicone oil was taken out, the retina of 55 patients （91.67%） was still in place. After silicone oil of 5 patients （0. 33% ） was taken out, there was retinal detachment, and reoperation was conducted to reset. 6 months after operation, there were 15 cases （25.00%） that the vision was recovered to be 0. 1, 14 cases （23.33%） recovered to be 0. 05 ~0. 09, 13 cases （21.67%） recovered to be 0. 02 -0. 04 and 8 ca- ses （13.33%） had index light sensation. Conclusions Give appropriate preoperative psychological nursing, and pa- tients with sufficient preoperative preparation, intraoperative monitoring vital signs, precise surgery and postoperative observation, body position nursing care, prevention of complications, nursing is the guarantee of successful operation, it is also the key to promote the patient choosing.
