特需病房中护理临床路径的应用研究

Study on the application of nursing clinical pathway in special wards

目的 探讨特需病房中护理临床路径的应用效果.方法 选择该院特需病房2015年1月～2016年1月收治的患者40例设为对照组,均实施常规护理,另纳入该院特需病房2016年2月～2017年2月收治的患者40例设为观察组,均实施护理临床路径下的护理.结果 与常规护理模式比较,应用护理临床路径之后,两组的护理质量各项指标存在明显统计学差异,观察组的各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;不同的护理干预之后,观察组患者精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分的各项指标得分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;不同的护理干预之后QLQ-C30评分比较存在组间统计学差异,观察组各项目评分水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;不同的护理干预之后,观察组对护理满意度为99.00％,高于对照组的94.50％,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对特需病房患者实施护理临床路径护理效果确切,可以提高护理质量,改善患者的临床症状和生存质量等,并提高护理满意度.

 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing clinical pathway in special wards. Meth-ods A total of 40 patients admitted in the special hospital ward from January 2015 to January 2016 were set as the con-trol group and all the patients received routine nursing. In addition, 40 patients who were admitted to the special wards of the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were set up as the observation group, and all patients were nursed under the nursing clinical pathway. Results Compared with the conventional nursing mode, the nursing quality inde-xes of the two groups were significantly different after the application of nursing clinical pathway. The scores of the ob-servation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. After different nursing interventions, the scores of indexs of the self-rating scale （SCL-90） of the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05）. After different nursing interventions, the comparison of QLQ-C30 scores showed a statistically significant differ-ence between groups, and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. After different nursing interventions, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 99. 00%, which was higher than that of the control group＇s 94. 50%, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The nursing effect of nursing clinical pathway for patients in the special wards is obvious. It can improve nursing quality, improve clinical symptoms and quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
