美国教师评价素养的发展策略与启示

A Study on American Teachers Assessment Literacy Strategies and Its Implications

本文以教师评价素养为切入点,在介绍评价素养的概念及相关研究的基础上,详细阐述了美国教师评价素养发展策略的主要形式,如针对职前教师的课程设计和在职教师的培训项目,学区与大学之间的合作与交流,依托基金会进行开发研究立项等。与美国的教师评价素养发展策略相比,中国在该领域还存在一定程度的差距。因此,面临新时代的评价要求,我国应该借鉴美国的成功经验,构建具有中国特色的教师评价素养体系,在外部政策规范、职前与在职培养、强化教学评价反思等方面迎头赶上。

From the perspective of assessment literacy, this article first introduces its definition and related researches. It then demonstrates in details the various strategies of teacher assessment literacy in America, such as pre-service preparation, in-service training the co-operation and communication between community and university and the research propects based on the fundation,etc. Compared with American teacher assessment literacy, China still lags behind to some extent. Therefore, in order to meet the assessment requirements of the new age, we must draw on America＇s successful experience to construct our own assessment literacy system, with regard to institution of national assessment strategies, implementation of professional training at pre-service and in-service levels, and reinforcement of teachers＇ reflection in assessment practice, etc.
