密闭式吸痰管加热处理对小儿吸痰的影响

Influence of heat treatment of closed sputum suction tube on sputum suction children

目的探讨密闭式吸痰管加热处理对小儿吸痰的影响。方法回顾性分析宜宾市江安县人民医院2013年2月—2017年2月收治的需吸痰治疗患儿94例,随机分为对照组46例和研究组48例。对照组患儿采用传统吸痰方式,研究组患儿采用加热处理的密闭吸痰管。比较两组患儿吸痰阻力、黏膜损伤发生情况、患儿在吸痰过程中哭闹和恐惧情况及患儿家属满意度。结果研究组患儿吸痰阻力优于对照组,黏膜损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿哭闹、恐惧发生率低于对照组,家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加热处理密闭吸痰管在小儿吸痰中的临床效果可靠,可减小吸痰阻力,减少黏膜损伤,减轻患儿痛苦,提高家属满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of heat treatment of closed sputum suction tube on sputum suction children.Methods A total of 94 cases of children who need suction treatment were selected from February 2013 to February2017 in the People＇s Hospital of Jiang＇ an City,which were randomly divided into the control group（n = 46） and the study group（n = 48）.The control group was taken with conventional suction,and the study group was taken with heat treatment of closed sputum suction tube.The suction resistance,and the incidence of mucosal injury,crying,fear and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The study group of suction resistance was better than control group,mucosal injury rate was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of crying,fear were lower than control group,parental satisfaction was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Heat treatment of closed sputum suction tube has a safe and reliable clinical effect on sputum suction children,it can decrease suction resistance,reduce the mucosal injury,relieve the pain of children,and promote the parental satisfaction.
