综合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效及其对患者妊娠结局的影响

Clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in treating polycystic ovary syndrome and the impact on pregnancy outcome of patients

目的探讨综合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效及其对患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年6月于南昌市新建区人民医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者74例,采用双盲法分为对照组和试验组,各37例。对照组患者予以生活方式调整治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良妊娠结局(自然流产、妊娠糖尿病、妊娠高血压、早产)发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者自然流产、妊娠糖尿病、妊娠高血压、早产发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用生活方式调整治疗联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者不良妊娠结局。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in treating polycystic ovary syndrome and the impact on pregnancy outcome of patients.Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected from January 2015 to June 2016 in Nanchang New District People＇ s Hospital,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to double-blind method,37 cases in each group.Control group was treated by lifestyle adjustment.The experimental group was treated with ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate based on control group.The clinical effect and the pregnancy outcome（spontaneous abortion,gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension,premature delivery） were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of spontaneous abortion,gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension,premature delivery were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive therapy have an exactly clinical effect in treating polycystic ovary syndrome,it can effectively improve the incidence of pregnancy outcome of patients.
