牙周-牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗重度牙周炎的疗效比较研究

Comparative effectiveness research of combined periodontal-endodontic therapy and periodontal therapy in the treatment of severe periodontitis

目的比较牙周-牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗重度牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取宜宾市第三人民医院2015年8月—2016年8月收治的重度牙周炎患者126例(患牙126颗),随机分为对照组(n=63,63颗牙)和观察组(n=63,63颗牙)。对照组患者采取单纯牙周治疗,观察组患者采用牙周-牙髓联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月、1年探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、附着水平(AL)、松动度。结果治疗前及治疗后3个月,两组患者PD、SBI、AL、松动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组患者PD、AL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1年,观察组患者PD、SBI、AL、松动度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重度牙周炎采取牙周-牙髓联合治疗的远期疗效良好。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of combined periodontal-endodontic therapy and periodontal therapy in the treatment of severe periodontitis.Methods A total of 126 cases of patients with severe periodontitis were selected from August 2015 to August 2016 in Yibin Third People ＇s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,63 cases in each group.The control group was only given periodontal therapy,observation group was given combined periodontal-endodontic therapy.The PD,SBI,AL,tooth mobility were compared before treatment and after treatment of 3 months,6 months,1 year.Results Before treatment and after treatment of 3 months,no significantly differences of PD,SBI,AL or tooth mobility was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）; after treatment of 6 months,no significantly differences of PD or AL was found between the two groups（P〈0.05）; after treatment of 1 year,the observation group of PD,SBI,AL,tooth mobility were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion As for severe periodontitis patients,the combined periodontal-endodontic therapy can improve the long-term effect.
