摘要: 目的 探讨专职临床护理教师岗位规范化管理对提高实习护生满意度的效果.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2013年7月—2015年5月在某医院实习的护生作为研究对象,将2013学年护生(300名)设为对照组,2014学年护生(343名)设为观察组,对照组护生的带教教师按照医院常规管理,观察组护生的带教教师实施改革后的岗位规范化管理.采用实习护生满意度调查问卷对两组护生进行测评.结果 干预后观察组护生满意度总分为(99.16±4.42)分,高于对照组的(98.60±5.08)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.094,P=0.002).结论 临床护理教师岗位规范化管理有效提高了临床带教质量,提升了实习护生满意度.
Objective To evaluate the effects of standardized management of clinical nursing teachers' on improving satisfaction of nursing students. Methods Nursing students who were practicing in a hospital from July 2013 to May 2015 were recruited in the study by convenience sampling method. Nursing students in 2013 and 2014 academic year were distributed in control group (n=300) and experimental group (n=343) respectively. The clinical nursing teachers in the control group were managed according to the hospital routine, while the clinical nursing teachers in the experimental group received the standardized management intervention. Nursing students' satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of intervention between the two groups. Results The total score of satisfaction questionnaire of nursing students in the experimental group was (99.16±4.42), which improved significantly than the control group (98.60±5.08), and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.094, P=0.002). Conclusions Standardized management of clinical nursing teachers' can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching and the satisfaction degree of nursing students.
