摘要
本文简要介绍ICU低年资护士核心能力的定义、组成和评价方法,着重综述ICU低年资护士核心能力的主要培养方法、培养过程中存在的主要问题等,期望护理管理和教学工作者更多地关注ICU低年资护士核心能力的培养问题,在培养方法上进行更深层次的研究,构建适应ICU岗位和低年资护士发展需求的核心能力培养体系.
This paper briefly introduces the definition, composition and evaluation methods of ICU junior nurses' core competencies, and summarizes the main training methods of ICU junior nurses' core competenciesand the main problems in the process. It is suggested that nursing managers and educators should pay more attention to cultivating core competencies of ICU junior nurses, and further research on training methods should be carried out to build a core competence training system for the development of ICU post and junior nurses.
