大型综合医院“医护一体化”管理模式应用现状及思考

Current situation and thinking of the application of ＂doctor-nurse integration＂ model in large comprehensive hospitals

本研究通过遴选国内外相关文献，探索大型综合医院实施“医护一体化”工作模式的进展情况，包括临床改革，如：医护一体化查房、病案讨论、伤口护理、健康教育流程改造、平均住院日缩短、用药安全及科研培训等，并进行汇总，以探讨其价值及意义。

This article reviewed relevant literature at home and dbroad to explore the progress of the implementation of the ＂doctor-nurse integration＂ model in large comprehensive hospitals. Clinical reform, including ＂doctor-nursing integration＂ ward round, medical record discussion, wound care, health education process transformation, the shortening average hospitalization days, medication safety and research training, were summarized, so as to discuss its value and significance.
