论身体教育促进儿童素质提升的观念转变——兼论来自脑科学的证据

摘要 儿童是全社会关注的特殊群体,儿童素质的提升不仅关系到国家大业的根基,更牵系着中华民族的伟大复兴。身体教育作为儿童素质提升的重要手段,其作用和机理仍然受家长和教育者的质疑,需进一步的验证和共识。而来自脑科学领域的实践成果为人们认识身体教育与儿童素质提升的关系提供了重要的证据。脑科学的相关证据揭示了:身体教育具有改善儿童大脑可塑性、促进儿童学习成绩的作用。但更重要的是,早期对儿童进行身体教育能增加成年后大脑应对衰退和损伤的韧性。 Children are the special group concerned by the whole society,and the improvement of children's quality is not only related to the foundation of the great cause of the country,but also to the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. As an important means of improving children's quality,physical education's function and mechanism are still challenged by parents and educators,and further verification and consensus are needed. But the results from the field of brain science provide important evidence for our understanding of the relationship between physical education and the improvement of children's quality. The related evidence of brain science reveals that physical education has the effect of improving the plasticity of children's brain and promoting the achievement of children at learning. But more importantly,early childhood exposure to physical education could increase the resilience of the brain in response to recession and injury in adulthood.
