摘要 目的 建立 L3 - L4活动节段有限元模型 ,用于进一步的生物力学研究。方法通过Auto CAD进行造型形成 L3 - L4活动节段的 CAD模型 ,转换成有限元分析模型 ,在模型绘出韧带及小关节囊。结果 模型的总节点数为 2 12 8,包括 1478个点块单元 ,16个边界元 ,髓核与整个椎间盘的横切面积之比为 35 .5 %。结论 通过 CT断层扫描、图像数字化自理及计算机辅助设计等方法 。 Objective To reconstruct the finite element model of L 3-L 4 motion segment for biomechanical analysis of instability.Methods The L 3-L 4 motion segment,with accurate representation of the three-dimensional ligament and facet morphology and facet articulation.Results The L 3-L 4 three-dimensional finite element model contains 2128 nodes,1478-nodded brick elements,and 16 boundary elements.The ration of the cross-sectional area of the nucleus pulposus to the total disc cross-sectional area of the nucleis pulposus the stresses were higher in cortical shell between pedicles,at the peripheral part of the cortical born adjoining to cortical shell.Conclusion Finite element model of lumbar motion segement can be established by methods of computed tomography,image/digital processing and computer aided design.
