摘要 在旅游业成为国家战略、迅猛发展的新常态背景下,本文以陕西师范大学旅游管理专业为例,针对其课程体系存在问题,应用建构主义学习理论,探索建立了旅游新常态与课程体系优化双向作用发展模式;并从培养目标调整、课程优化设置、专业技能提升、创新能力培养四个方面提出了课程体系优化方案,以期为同类高校培养适应旅游新常态需求的旅游创新人才提供参考. Tourism industry as a national strategy rapidly develops,which is a new normal. Taking the tourism management specialty of Shaanxi Normal University as an example for its problems in curriculum system,using constructivism learning theory,development pattern of two-way role on new normal of tourism and curriculum system optimization is established innovatively. The curriculum optimization plans are proposed from four aspects,such as adjusting training objectives,setting curriculum optimization,enhancing professional skills and training innovation ability,in order to provide reference for training innovative talents meeting new normal needs in tourism management specialty of similar universities.
