摘要
50W470无取向硅钢磁性能不良的主要原因是加热炉加热温度偏高。加热温度过高抑制成品再结晶晶粒长大,并恶化再结晶织构,从而导致磁性能不良。采取降低加热温度、减少硫的质量分数等措施,有效地解决了50W470无取向硅钢磁性能不良的现象。
The main reason for poor magnetic properties of 50W470 comes from reheating temperature on the high side in the reheating furnace. The high reheating temperature can damage the magnetic properties by reducing the grain size and worsening the recrystallization texture. The situation of poor magnetic properties is effectively solved by decreasing the reheating temperature andsulphur mass fraction.
