摘要
分析连退机组退火炉RTF段炉辊辊型、辊面粗糙度对薄钢带炉内跑偏的影响和RTF段钢带的张力、板面粗糙度、温度、炉辊工况对薄钢带通板稳定性的影响,提出了预防加热段薄钢带跑偏的控制措施。
The influence of furnace roller shape and surface roughness on thin strip deviation are analyzed in RTF section of the continuous annealing furnace. And the influence are also analyzed for strip tension,strip surface roughness,temperature,working condition of the furnace roller on the stability of the whole thin strip. Control measurements are put forward to prevent RTF section of running off strip.
