在实行"实名制"就诊的过程中,依然有冒用他人身份信息就诊事件发生。通过收集成都某三甲医院近年相关数据,分析其发生的原因和风险,为医疗机构的安全管理提出相应的防范措施和参考。

In the process of the implementing the real-name treatment,there are still someone used fraudulent medical identity to visit doctors.We Collected and analyzed the data from a hospital in Chengdu,and tried to figure out the reasons and its risks.At the same time,we put forward some preventive measures for medical safety management.
