摘要
医院宿舍作为医务人员重要的生活场所,是医院后勤管理的重点。随着时代的发展,传统意义上单一的、硬性的宿舍管理体系已不再适应医务人员的需求,必须在管理模式上有所创新,才能确保本就繁忙的医务人员享受到专业的物业服务,在宿舍管理水准上匹配一流医院的医疗水平。因此,医院宿舍公寓化管理是后勤服务精细化的必然要求。文章致力于探析中山医院宿舍公寓化管理模式,以更好地服务临床一线医务人员。中山医院宿舍公寓化管理方式包括完善规章制度,规范内部管理,狠抓安全管理,拓展服务方式等。
The hospital medical staff dormitory as an important place to live,is the focus of hospital logistics management.With the development of the times,the traditional single,rigid dormitory management system can not adapt to the demands of medical workers.It must take innovative in the management mode,to ensure the busy staff enjoy professional property services,and to match the medical level in the first-class hospital.So the hospital dormitory management is an inevitable requirement of fine logistics service.This paper devoted to the analysis of the Zhongshan hospital dormitory management mode,to better serve the clinical medical personnel.The management mode of Zhongshan hospital dormitory management include improving regulation,standardization of internal management,paying close attention to safety management,expanding the service mode.
