合并乙型肝炎病毒感染的肺癌患者肝功能损伤的研究进展

Hepatotoxicity in lung cancer patients with hepatitis B virus infection

原发性支气管肺癌（肺癌）和乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染在我国具有高流行率，合并HBV感染的肺癌患者较为常见。研究发现该类患者在抗肿瘤过程中肝功能损伤的发生率较未合并者高，其肝功能损伤具有特殊危险因素和发生机制。通过对近年来合并HBV感染肺癌患者的肝功能损伤现状、发生机制及防治措施进行综述，为临床早期预防、治疗提供依据。

Due to high prevalence of lung cancer and hepatitis B virus infection in China, lung cancer patients complicated with HBV infection are not rare. The incidence of liver function impairment in lung cancer patients with HBV infection is much higher than those without HBV infection. Some special risk factors and mechanism of liver function impairment in lung cancer patients with HBV infection have been reported. This article reviews the incidence, mechanism and treatment of liver function impairment in those patients so as to provide information for prevention and management of this condition.
