益气养阴化痰通络法对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者血运重建术后疗效观察

Clinical observation of the effect of yiqi yangyin Huatan Tongluo Method non-ST elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients after Revascularization

目的:观察益气养阴化痰通络中药联合西药治疗对不稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉介入术(PCI)后的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的88例非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组42例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组46例在西药常规治疗基础上加益气养阴化痰通络法中药治疗,PCI术后随访12个月。观察患者血压,心率,血脂,血糖,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)左室射血分数(EF%),心绞痛发作次数以及术后6-12月复查冠状动脉造影,观察血管内再狭窄情况。结果:在血压、心率、血脂、血糖指标上,2组间治疗后无显著差异,但2组治疗前后比较均有显著差异,在心功能改善和心绞痛发作次数,hs-CRP及血管再狭窄指标上,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴化痰通络中药联合西药治疗能提高不稳定型心绞痛患者术后的临床疗效,改善患者的心功能,减少术后心绞痛发作,减少血管内再狭窄的发生。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Tongluo combined with western medicine in patients with unstable angina pectoris after coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods： A total of 88 patients with non-ST elevation acute coronary syndromes were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Forty-two patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. Forty-six patients in the control group were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） based on the conventional treatment of western medicine. The patients were followed up for 12 months after PCI. Blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipids, blood glucose, left ventricular ejection fraction（hs-CRP）, angina pectoris episodes and coronary angiography were reviewed 6 to 12 months after operation to observe the changes of restenosis happening. Results： There was no significant difference in blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipid and blood glucose between the two groups after treatment, but there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment. On the indexes of heart function improvement and angina pectoris, hs-CRP and vascular restenosis, The treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Tongluo combined with western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy of unstable angina pectoris patients, improve cardiac function, reduce postoperative angina pectoris and reduce the occurrence of intravascular restenosis.
