龙虎山铁皮石斛治疗高血压病临床观察

Clinical observation of dendrobium Candidum in Mount Longhu in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:评价龙虎山铁皮石斛在高血压病治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合标准的高血压病患者120例,其中男70例,女50例。随机分为龙虎山铁皮石斛组、龙虎山铁皮石斛加厄贝沙坦组及厄贝沙坦组3组,每组各40例。分别治疗前及治疗后每周测血压1次,持续12周。结果:12周治疗前后,铁皮石斛组、铁皮石斛加厄贝沙坦组证候积分改善显效率,均显著高于厄贝沙坦组(P<0.01)。铁皮石斛组、铁皮石斛加厄贝沙坦组降压显效率,均与厄贝沙坦组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3组证候积分均显著降低(P<0.01),铁皮石斛组、铁皮石斛加厄贝沙坦组证候积分降低均大于厄贝沙坦组(P<0.01);铁皮石斛加厄贝沙坦组证候积分降低显著大于铁皮石斛组和厄贝沙坦组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。铁皮石斛加厄贝沙坦组血压降低幅度显著大于铁皮石斛组与厄贝沙坦组(P<0.05,和P<0.01)。结论:龙虎山铁皮石斛能有效降低患者的血压,并有效改善高血压患者的临床主要症状,在高血压病的治疗中有效安全,具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Longhu mountain Dendrobium in the treatment of hypertension.Methods： A total of 120 hypertensive patients were selected, including 70 males and 50 females. Randomly divided into Dendrobium candidum group, Longhu mountain Dendrobium candidum plus Irbesartan group and irbesartan group 3, each group of 40 cases. Blood pressure was measured once a week for 12 weeks before treatment and after treatment. Results： Before and after treatment for 12 weeks, the syndrome scores of Dendrobium candidum and Dendrobium candidum plus irbesartan group were significantly higher than those of irbesartan group（P0.01）. Dendrobium officinale group, Dendrobium officinale plus irbesartan group markedly reduced efficiency, both with irbesartan no significant difference（P0.05）. The scores of syndromes in three groups were significantly decreased（P0.01）. The syndrome scores of Dendrobium candidum and Dendrobium candidum plus irbesartan group were all significantly lower than those of irbesartan group（P0.01）. Dendrobium candidum plus irbesartan group syndrome score was significantly lower than Dendrobium officinale group and irbesartan group（P0.05 and P0.01）. The decrease of blood pressure in Dendrobium candidum plus irbesartan group was significantly greater than that in Dendrobium candidum group and irbesartan group（P0.05 and P0.01）. Conclusion： Dendrobium candidum can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hypertensive patients. It is effective and safe in the treatment of hypertension and has broad application prospects.
