清肾汤联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy by Qingshen Prescription Combine with Valsartan

目的:观察在西医综合干预的基础上加用中药制剂清肾汤对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床疗效及对DN患者FBg、Cr、24hUpr及Cys-C的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例早期DN患者,采用随机、平行对照方法,分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组均给予西医常规疗法治疗,治疗组加用清肾汤口服,治疗8周。观察2组患者治疗前后FBg,Cr、24hUpr及Cys-C的变化。结果:治疗后2组患者FBg,Cr、24hUpr及Cys-C均低于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者FBg,Cr、24hUpr及Cys-C改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者有效率96.66%明显优于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肾汤联合缬沙坦能够有效的改善早期DN患者的临床症状,疗效安全可靠,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine preparation on the clinical effect of Qingshen decoction on patients with early diabetic nephropathy（DN） and the influence of FBG, Cr, 24 hUpr and CysC in patients with early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods： In the 60 cases of early DN patients who were eligible for inclusion criteria, randomized, parallel control methods were used for 30 cases of treatment group and control group.Both groups were given routine treatment of western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with clear kidney soup for 8 weeks. The changes of FBG, Cr, 24 hUpr and Cys-C were observed in 2 groups. Results： After treatment,FBG, Cr, 24 hUpr and Cys-C were lower than before treatment（P0.05）, and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups（P0.05）. The improvement degree of FBG, Cr, 24 hUpr and Cys-C in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.66%, which was significantly better than the control group of 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Qingshen decoction and valsartan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of early DN patients, and its efficacy is safe and reliable, and it has certain clinical value.
