加减一阴煎治疗剖宫产后大便难疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Yiyin Decoction on Constipation after Cesarean Section

目的:为了观察加减一阴煎方治疗剖宫产后大便难的疗效。方法:研究中纳入剖宫产后便秘患者40例,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组与对照组各20例,对照予开塞露常规治疗,观察组加服加减一阴煎方汤剂,观察治疗前后2组患者排便次数、便质、泌乳量等变化情况,并随访3个月。观察组有效率达95%,明显优于对照组的80%(P<0.05);观察组患者排便情况、产后泌乳量改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组便秘复发、泌乳量减少等情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果:加减一阴煎方联合开塞露外治法可显著改善剖宫产后大便难,患者便秘情况,促进胃肠蠕动,增加产后泌乳量,有利于母婴健康,且疗效持久,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of modified Yiyin decoction in treating constipation after cesarean section. Methods： Forty patients with constipation after cesarean section were included in the study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group（20 cases） and control group（20 cases） according to random number table method. The control group was given Glycerine Enema routine treatment, the observation group was given modified Yiyin decoction based on the therapy of the control group. The changes of defecation frequency, stool quality and milk yield of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and followed up for 3 months. The observation group was 95% efficient, significantly better than the control group 80%（P0.05）. In the observation group, the improvement of defecation and postpartum lactation was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）. Follow-up3 months, the observation group constipation recurrence, reduced milk production and other conditions better than the control group（P0.05）. Results： Modified Yiyin decoction combined with Glycerine Enema can significantly improve the post-cesarean stool difficult patients with constipation, promote gastrointestinal motility, increase postpartum lactation.Conclusion： It is good for maternal and child health and has a long lasting effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
