温和灸联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation of Mild-warm Moxibustion Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the Treatment of Knee osteoarthriti

目的:观察温和灸联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将120例膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组用温和灸联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗及口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,以7天为1个疗程,4个疗程观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,对照组为71.7%,治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温和灸联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎操作简便,患者依从性好,临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广运用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of mild moxibustion combine with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Methods： 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis（KOA）were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group with mild moxibustion joint intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment. The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and oral glucosamine capsules. 7 days is a course of treatment. After 4 courses of treatment, the curative effect of both groups was observed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90% and that of the control group was 71.7%. The treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Mild moxibustion combine with intra-articular injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is easy to operate, patient compliance is good, clinical efficacy is certainly worthy of clinical promotion and use.
