中药腾疗联合关节镜下清理治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Tengliao of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Arthroscopic debridement on Knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药腾疗联合关节镜下清理治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:将60例KOA患者分为治疗组及对照组各30例。对照组给予膝关节关节镜下清理治疗,治疗组给膝关节镜下清理术后,配合中药腾疗治疗4周。采用VAS评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分标准,观察并比较2组患者治疗后1,3,6个月的临床疗效,并观察不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗1,3,6个月后,各时间点治疗组VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各时间点Lysholm评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间未发现与治疗相关的不良反应。结论:中药腾疗联合关节镜下清理治疗KOA,为治疗KOA提供了新的治疗思路,临床疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tengliao of traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthroscopic debridement on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 60 KOA patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each. The control group was treated with arthroscopic knee arthroplasty. Tengliao of traditional Chinese medicine was given as addition in the treatment group. VAS score and Lysholm knee joint function score were used to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment, and to observe the incidence of adverse reactions. Results： After 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group at each time point was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）. The Lysholm score at each time point was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Two groups of patients during the treatment did not find treatment-related adverse reactions. Tengliao of traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthroscopic debridement on knee osteoarthritis provides a new therapeutic approach for the treatment of KOA, with satisfactory clinical efficacy.
