天和骨通贴膏治疗轻中度膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tianhe Gutong Plaster in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察天和骨通贴膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合标准的轻中度膝骨关节炎患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组贴敷天和骨通贴膏治疗,对照组使用麝香壮骨膏治疗。治疗14d后,观察2组治疗前后疼痛VAS评分、ISOA评分,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:2组VAS、ISOA评分的治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,试验组的VAS、ISOA评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组VAS及ISOA评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组的治疗后及治疗后14d总有效率分别为92.0%和89.8%,对照组分别为80.0%和75.5%,2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为2%和12%。结论:贴敷天和骨通贴膏能较有效地缓解轻中度膝关节骨关节炎的疼痛症状、改善膝关节功能,并且安全性较高。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Tianhe Gutong plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with mild to moderate KOA were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The experimental group use Tianhe Gutong plasters patching treatment, the control group using Shexiang Zhuanggu plaster treatment. After 14 d treatment, two groups were observed before and after the treatment of pain VAS score, ISOA score, and compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of two groups.Results after treatment, the VAS score and ISOA score of two groups were compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. The experimental group after treatment VAS score, ISOA score compared with the control group, the difference between them exists statistical significance（P0.01）. After14 days of treatment,the VAS score and ISOA score of the experimental group were compare with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. experimental group after treatment and after treatment for 14 days, the total efficiency was 92.0% and 89.8%, 80.0% and 75.5% respectively in experimental group, the difference between them exists statistical significance（P0.05）, the experimental group and the control group of adverse reactions occur rate of 2% and 12%respectively. Conclusion： Tianhe plaster for the treatment of mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis can relieve pain and improve knee function and high safety.
