健脾养血浓煎剂防治消化道肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制疗效观察

Clinical Prevention effect observation of Jianpi yangxue decoction on the Myelosuppression after Chemotherapy in the Cancer Patients

目的:观察健脾养血浓煎剂防治消化道肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:将符合标准的43例消化道肿瘤患者使用随机方法分为2组,同时予常规3周方案化疗2周期。观察组从化疗第1天开始予中药健脾养血浓煎剂口服,50ml/次,2次/d。对照组单纯化疗。观察2组化疗2周期后血常规(包括白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白、血小板)的变化;化疗前后中医症状积分、KPS评分的变化;记录粒细胞集落刺激因子、白介素-11使用情况。结果:(1)观察组在外周血常规、KPS评分、中医症状积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组化疗后粒细胞集落刺激因子、白介素-11使用明显少于对照组。结论:中药健脾养血浓煎剂能够有效防治肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制,减轻化疗毒副反应。

Objective： To observe the effect of Jianpi Yangxue decoction in preventing and treating myelosuppression after chemotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods： Forty-three patients with gastrointestinal cancer who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups and treated with conventional 3-week chemotherapy for 2 cycles.Observation group from the first day of chemotherapy to Chinese medicine spleen nourishing concentrated decoction orally, 50 ml/time, 2 times/d. The control group was given chemotherapy alone. The changes of blood routine（including leukocyte, neutrophil, hemoglobin, platelet） after 2 cycles of chemotherapy were observed. TCM symptom scores before and after chemotherapy, KPS score changes were compared. Granulocyte colony stimulating factor, interleukin-11 usage is compared. Results： The observation group in the peripheral blood routine, KPS score, TCM symptom score was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）. Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and interleukin-11 in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. Conclusion： Jianpi Yangxue decoction can effectively prevent and cure myelosuppression after chemotherapy and relieve the side effects of chemotherapy.
