社会工作视角下多维老年人照顾体系构建研究

Construction of Multidimensional Care System for the Elderly under Perspective of Social Work

我国老龄人口和高龄人口数量逐年增长,老年人口的照顾成为亟待解决的问题。目前由于多种因素影响,多数中小城市老年人照顾服务仍处于起步阶段,尤其是有关老年人照顾问题方面的前瞻性、实证性研究还比较薄弱。本文从社会工作视角出发,分析廊坊城市社区老年人照顾的现状,研究构建一个老年人自我照顾、家庭照顾、社区照顾、机构照顾等照顾方式多维一体的适合廊坊实际的老年人照顾体系,希望推动中小城市老年人照顾服务,促进城市发展和老年人照顾服务的发展。

The number of aging population and the elderly population in China has increased year by year, and the care for the elderly population has become an urgent problem. Due to various factors, the elderly care services in most small and medium-sized cities are still at the starting stage, empirical research on the elderly care issues is still weak. From the perspective of social work, this paper analyzes the current situation of elderly care in Langfang city community, it studies the construction of multi-dimensional integration of the actual elderly care system such as self-care agency, family care, community care and institutional care. The purpose is to promote the elderly care services in small and medium-sized cities and thus further promote urban development.
