柴油加氢装置国Ⅵ柴油质量升级措施及效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着柴油质量升级步伐的加快,2019年1月1日起,全国将开始执行质量更加严苛的国Ⅵ标准车用柴油,国Ⅴ标准将废止。中国石化洛阳分公司在柴油质量升级方面面临着挑战。公司柴油加氢装置原设计可生产满足欧ⅢEN590—1999质量标准,硫含量按≯350mg/kg控制,并副产少量的石脑油和含硫干气。该装置于2016年11月更换催化剂,新催化剂采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FHUDS-5、FHUDS-8及FTX体相催化剂级配体系,至今已连续生产运行一年,产品质量升级后可满足国Ⅴ车用柴油排放标准。为了满足国Ⅵ柴油质量升级的要求,在不改变柴油加氢装置现有条件的情况下,通过优化原料配比及性质、降低空速、优化操作条件、提高氢分压等措施,柴油密度下降11.86kg/m^3,多环芳烃含量下降3.3%(质量分数),十六烷指数提高3.76,性质明显变好,满足国Ⅵ排放标准,解决了柴油加氢装置产品质量升级所面临的一系列矛盾,经济效益显著。 With the accelerated pace of diesel oil quality upgrading, China will abolish the National Ⅴ emission standard for vehicle diesel and implement the more stringent National Ⅵ standard on January 1 st,2019.SINOPEC Luoyang Company is facing challenges in diesel oil quality upgrading.Its diesel hydrogenation unit was designed to produce diesel oil,which meets Euro Ⅲ standard(EN590-1999) and has a sulfur content of no higher than 350 mg/kg,and a small amount of naphtha and sulfur-containing dry gas as the by-product.In November 2016,the catalysts in this unit was replaced with FHUDS-5,FHUDS-8 and FTX bulk catalyst grading system developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals.Till now the unit has been continuously operated for one year,and the product quality has been upgraded to meet the National Ⅴ emission standard for vehicle diesel.In order to meet the requirements of National Ⅵemission standard,without changing the existing conditions of diesel hydrogenation unit,some measures were taken including optimizing the ratio and properties of raw material,reducing the space velocity,optimizing the operating conditions and increasing the hydrogen partial pressure.The quality of diesel was improved signifi-cantly as its density decreased by 11.86 kg/m^3,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content decreased by 3.3 %(mass fraction) and cetane index increased by 3.76.The national Ⅵ emission standard was met,a series of problems in the quality upgrading of diesel oil from diesel hydrogenation unit were solved,and remarkable economic benefit was achieved.
