摘要
医师-科学家是联系基础医学和临床实践的纽带,也是转化医学研究的储备人才。美国在20世纪60年代开始对医师-科学家进行了专门培养,其发展带动了美国医学研究和临床实践整体水平的提升,为美国医学水平处于世界领先地位做出了巨大贡献。本文通过文献调研,阐述了美国医师-科学家的发展历程、培养模式、评价体系,以为我国医师-科学家的培养提出建议,期望对我国医学教育改革发挥重要作用。
Physician-scientist who is a bridge linking basic medicine and clinical practice is the storing talent of the translational medical research. It has begun the training of the physician-scientist from the 1960s in the United States, which mobilized the enhancement both of basic medicine and clinical practice, and it' s so important to maintain the leader level of medicine. It plays an important role in the development of medicine in China to understand the development and draw lessons from training model and evaluation systems of American physician-scientist to make suggestions to China by literature researching.
