The development of TC 108 Toronto conference is introduced, including revision of IEC 62368-1 Third Edition CDV draft, special group proposal and new technology proposal. The new proposal of 50 mm top of flame cone is emphasized. Finally, the discussion and exchange of the heat test of the wire insulation and the small heat capacity equipment in the winding components are introduced.
